Demelza is a highly experienced property professional who has worked in all areas of Commercial/Retail and Residential Real Estate.  Demelza also practiced as a fully qualified Solicitor mainly in the property law sector for a number of years prior to working in real estate.

Demelza has been involved all aspects of Neighbourhood/Sub-Regional Shopping Centre leasing and management including overseeing development of these assets

Demelza has also managed a residential rental portfolio and has sold residential property.

Demelza values her strong communication skills and ability to resolve issues quickly with mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.  Demelza values her relationships with her landlords and tenants.

In addition to her law degree, Demelza also holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Communications which is of great assistance when marketing properties to prospective tenants and/or buyers.
